Correlation between O₂ consumption at 50% of Mb oxygenation (V_Y50) and calculated O₂ gradient from vascular to cytoplasmic space in perfused hindlimb muscle (ΔPO₂). To calculate ΔPO₂, PO₂ = 2.3 mmHg at Y = 50% of Mb in the perfused muscle was used [21]. ΔPO₂ = -1635* V_Y50 + 1269 (r² = 0.9995).
